The City of Alberta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, implement, and support NG911 computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software for its public safety answering point. The chosen solution will support both emergency and non-emergency calls, replacing the existing FDM Computer Aided Dispatch system.
Key requirements include CAD-to-CAD integration with Alberta Health Services (AHS), integration with AHS Mobile Data Terminals (MDT), migration of legacy and other source data, and provision of web, application, and system integration services. The vendor will also conduct training for end users, support staff, and administrators, as well as offer comprehensive project management, software maintenance, and warranty services.
The contract will span a three-year term, and all questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by January 22, 2026.
