DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks information from vendors for implementing a next-generation transit fare collection system. The focus is on modernizing farebox hardware, ticket vending machines (TVMs), mobile ticketing capabilities, vaulting systems, and electronic payment processing, complemented by robust data management and a cloud-based back-office platform.
