Ohio Department Of Administrative Services
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The State of Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide a next-generation driver’s license and identification card system, covering the complete lifecycle from system design through implementation and ongoing operation. The selected solution will include central issuance, secure credential origination, image capture, data verification, card production, distribution, auditing, compliance, and comprehensive post-issuance management.
The program must introduce advanced card designs featuring tamper-evident properties, enabling rapid and accurate visual verification under normal conditions. A proactive Card Design Security Program is expected to be incorporated to continually strengthen the security of issued credentials. Additionally, the solution must enhance privacy protections for Ohio residents by implementing robust measures to limit access to sensitive data.
The successful vendor will demonstrate expertise in delivering secure ID systems, compliance with high privacy standards, and experience with large-scale government credentialing projects.
