DESCRIPTION
The state of Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud-native Next Generation 911 (NG9-1-1) call handling solution. The scope of work includes designing, implementing, and testing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to modernize and support emergency call handling operations.
In addition to the technical deployment of the platform, the selected vendor will provide comprehensive training for relevant personnel and ensure ongoing maintenance throughout the life of the contract. The initial contract term will be three years, during which time the vendor is expected to maintain high standards of performance and reliability for the NG9-1-1 platform.
