DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive news clipping service. The selected contractor will deliver a custom-curated news briefing document to over 1,700 agency employees and board members by email each business day. This daily briefing will include concise, descriptive one-paragraph executive summaries for each story or grouping of similar stories, with web links to the original articles or edited broadcast clips. Content sources will span major U.S. newspapers (including subscription-based publications), regional and local television and radio, cable news, podcasts, industry-specific publications, blogs, and other relevant media.
The contractor must also provide and maintain a client-facing, web-based archive and analytics platform that offers actionable news clipping data. The system should be capable of searching, finding, and refining relevant published content about the agency, and artificial intelligence solutions are permitted to assist in these processes. The contract period is for one year, and all questions must be submitted by April 21, 2026.
