DESCRIPTION

The Airports Authority seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive news clipping analytics platform designed to supply actionable data and insights to its communications team. The solution must include a daily, custom-curated news briefing document delivered by email to over 1,700 Authority employees and board members each business day.

The contractor is required to activate and continually refine systems to identify and compile relevant published content about the Authority, drawing from sources such as major newspapers (including subscription-based content), regional and local television and cable news and their websites, regional and local radio, podcasts, speciality industry publications, magazines, journals, internet sites, and other media channels. The system must allow 24/7 access and search functionality for the Communications team, with no session limitations.

Additionally, the platform must retain links to original online content for each news clip and maintain a client-facing web-based archive with robust analytics capabilities. Both artificial intelligence and human input can be applied to support the processes. Account servicing and ongoing updates are also required to ensure the system remains relevant and effective.
