The New Mexico National Guard (NMNG) is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of delivering comprehensive advertising and marketing services supporting both the New Mexico Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion and the New Mexico Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention Office. This market research aims to identify experienced sources for developing and executing multi-platform marketing programs to generate qualified leads, enhance brand awareness, and assist in achieving annual recruitment and retention goals for both organizations.
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, management, and resources to develop, implement, and manage a tailored marketing and advertising strategy for each Guard component. Core requirements include program and campaign management, market research and strategy development, creative services such as brand positioning and the production of commercials and digital artwork, as well as media planning and buying across traditional and digital platforms. Campaigns will target individuals aged 17 to 42 within New Mexico and relevant surrounding markets, using television, digital channels, and other media to maximize recruitment effectiveness.
Reporting, evaluation of campaign performance through KPIs, and strict adherence to Army and Air National Guard branding standards are also expected.
