Alaska is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a new enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System (SIS) solution. The selected provider will deploy a configured and branded instance of their proposed software, ensuring a seamless migration of existing course content, user data, and historical records from the current Blackboard LMS and Genius SIS platforms.
The project includes delivering a fully integrated SIS within the LMS that accommodates student registration, payment processing, management of academic records, and certification tracking. Additionally, the vendor will provide comprehensive training programs and materials for administrators, instructors, and end users, along with detailed technical and user documentation. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services will be governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This initiative aims to enhance Alaska's education infrastructure by ensuring a smooth transition to a modernized, fully supported LMS and SIS environment.
