DESCRIPTION
An agency seeks a vendor to provide, implement, and support a cloud-based Innovation & Knowledge Platform for fundraising innovation. The solution should deliver the capability, scalability, and AI-enabled functionality necessary to support employee-driven innovation, strategic foresight, open innovation challenges, and knowledge reuse throughout the organization.
The platform is expected to integrate with existing agency systems, including the migration from an existing innovation platform, as well as integration with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 suite. Key requirements include end-to-end innovation lifecycle management, the ability to enable secure open innovation via external challenges and integrated solver networks, and AI-enabled knowledge access that facilitates permission-aware, cited answers and expertise discovery/routing for staff worldwide. Seamless integration with Microsoft and enterprise tools, such as Jira and Salesforce, is vital. Vendors must also provide analytics and dashboards to demonstrate participation, throughput, and outcomes, supporting agency-wide visibility and strategic decision-making.
The engagement will be for an initial multi-year term beginning in September 2026.
