DESCRIPTION

A vendor is required to supply a neuronavigation system with robust imaging and functional capabilities. The system must support the import of MR brain scans in both NIfTI and DICOM formats, and should provide registration tools to align these scans with the participant’s anatomical landmarks using a handheld pointer or similar device. It must enable registration and visualization of one or more target stimulation locations, by means of interactive selection on the anatomical images or direct coordinate entry, as well as visualizing the position and orientation of a TMS coil.

The proposed system needs to interface with external equipment by receiving TTL level digital inputs for trigger signals from the TMS system, and it should also allow recording of at least two EMG channels for MEP analysis. The ability to record the 3D coil coordinates for each received trigger and reuse these coordinates as stimulation targets is required. The neuronavigation software must run locally on a computer (Windows or MacOS) and should not rely on cloud-based operation.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 11, 2026. Questions regarding this RFP must also be submitted by June 11, 2026. The contract will be issued for a one-year period.
