Network Video Management System Integrator Services

The commissioning agency in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced vendor to provide professional network video management system (NVMS) integrator services. The selected provider must demonstrate expertise in electronic surveillance integration, particularly in environments with complex systems including access control (Synergis system unified with Genetec platform), video management and analytics, control centers, and support for active directory, network managed services, and operations management technology.

Key responsibilities include supervising the installation of system updates and patches on servers and associated systems, ensuring all software remains at supported release levels. The scope also involves delivering remote monitoring software and documentation upon UPS activation, as well as handling monitoring and optimization of all operating systems, network software, and databases. The contractor will oversee all ESS software components, Headend Equipment system software maintenance, and both system and database administration throughout the warranty and maintenance periods.

Support is required for local area network maintenance, AiPhone camera and intercom systems, network switching equipment (Cisco), the video management system, and Fortigate VPN.
