Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A county in California is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive network systems modernization solution. The project will upgrade both on-premises enterprise data centers and public cloud environments to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable network services across approximately 200 geographically dispersed locations.
The solution must offer dynamic access enforcement based on user, device, and location, with integration to platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). Integration with Secure Web Gateways, DNS filtering, and Cloud Access Security Broker is required. It should also provide end-to-end visibility into user experience, including support for remote users, and enable high availability and resiliency for multicloud and on-premises workloads.
Additional requirements include the capability for AI security and governance integration into the provider's current infrastructure, securing training datasets against various threats, and implementing runtime monitoring for model drift and adversarial attacks. The successful solution should facilitate risk scoring of AI applications for both public-facing and internal scenarios and allow AI observability integration with Mandiant SOC and data governance platforms. The contract is for a three-year period.
