The Department of Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to enter into a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Netsmart Technologies, Inc. for Netalytics Methasoft Oracle Health integration services at the VISN 12 VA Medical Centers. This procurement is being pursued under statutory authority permitting noncompetitive procedures, as only one responsible source is considered able to meet the agency's requirements.
Organizations that believe they can fulfill these integration service requirements are invited to submit detailed capability statements. These statements should provide comprehensive information on relevant products and services, as well as customer references demonstrating successful implementation of similar solutions. Submitted information will be evaluated to determine if a competitive procurement may be viable, but the final decision rests at the government's discretion.
Interested parties must provide their capability statements by 12:00PM Local Time on December 12, 2025, via email. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
