Neighbourhood Strategic Plan Service

A Pennsylvania-based agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive neighbourhood strategic planning services. Key tasks will include developing, distributing, and engaging with community and stakeholder surveys, as well as interacting with the agency's strategic planning steering committee to ensure stakeholder input is captured and analyzed effectively. The vendor will be expected to draft a vision statement and strategic goals, working collaboratively with stakeholders to finalize these components into a cohesive strategic plan for neighborhood development.
