Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated NCLEX training software solution that comprehensively supports NCLEX–RN licensure readiness and consistent student preparation. The platform must align with the latest NCLEX test plan, offering realistic practice with comprehensive coverage of exam categories. The solution should include NCLEX-style practice questions that accurately replicate the format, difficulty, sequencing, and cognitive complexity of the actual exam, including NGN item types such as case studies, bow–tie items, trend analysis, and drag–and–drop. Additional capabilities must encompass tools for developing clinical judgment, detailed answer rationales, and actionable analytics to identify at–risk students.
The requested software must provide role-based access controls for faculty, secure handling of data including import/export capabilities for rosters and analytics, and encrypted data storage and transmission. An audit trail system for tracking student activity and performance indicators should be included. The vendor must deliver a comprehensive implementation plan detailing timelines, onboarding steps, integration testing, and user activation. Support must include initial training materials for faculty and students, ongoing customer support, and annual updates to maintain alignment with NCLEX test plan changes. Comprehensive reporting should be accessible at the student, course, and program levels, and the maintenance plan should clearly outline service escalation procedures and key contacts.
