DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Portland, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide natural resources environmental consulting services. The selected provider will conduct work in three primary categories: in-water and fisheries, wetlands and small streams with associated buffers, and wildlife and habitat.

The in-water and fisheries work will primarily occur at the Port's marine terminals but may extend to other facilities such as docks, piles, dredging areas, and outfalls. Wetlands, small streams, and buffer category activities will be conducted across all Port facilities, including mitigation sites, airports, industrial lands, and upland portions of marine terminals. Work related to wildlife and habitat will generally focus on uplands associated with airport projects and development, supporting compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Interested vendors must submit questions by March 30, 2026. The contract period is for one year.
