SUMMARY

NASA Johnson Space Center seeks firms for a multiple award contract for a wide range of construction and infrastructure services at JSC and White Sands Test Facility.

DESCRIPTION

NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) is seeking qualified firms for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (JMACC) to support a wide variety of construction and infrastructure projects at JSC and the White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). The initiative aims to improve and modernize center infrastructure through projects that are funded by $300 million allocated under the Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R.1, Public Law No: 119–21).

Selected contractors will provide services including general construction; alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities; maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure; demolition of structures; design–build solutions; and new construction of buildings and other real property. The flexible, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price contract vehicle will enable NASA to efficiently and rapidly execute orders ranging from $5,000 to $300,000,000 in value.

This procurement is open to all qualified offerors and is not restricted by set-aside limitations. NASA reserves the right to award more or fewer than four contracts, depending on the needs and in the best interest of the government.
