Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The project seeks a vendor to provide museum ticket sale software with robust functionality. The solution must support both general admission and reserved seating, featuring a venue seating map. Guest checkout should be available, allowing customers to purchase tickets without creating an account. The software should facilitate charging ticketing fees directly to customers, with no fees for refunds, and enable onsite ticket sales, including cash sales, preferably without additional fees beyond standard credit card charges.
Museum staff must have the ability to process credit card refunds for at least 90 days post-transaction. Customizable box office reporting, ticket scanning (both printed and mobile), and payment flexibility—including ACH payments and hardware supporting contactless/NFC payment options—are required. The solution should also be capable of integrating with Salesforce CRM.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 2, 2026. Prospective vendors should submit questions by April 9, 2026. The anticipated contract duration is one year.
