A museum in Maryland is seeking a vendor for comprehensive exhibit design, construction, and installation services. The scope includes creative direction, exhibit concept development, content development and copywriting, media production (video, audio, interactive, graphic design), production and installation of exhibit structures, community engagement, and technical development.
The vendor will handle all aspects of the visitor experience, interpretive themes and narratives, visual interpretation, and exhibition elements. Responsibilities extend from conceptual design through final drawings and installation, including integration of technology such as mobile applications, interactive and responsive design, digital media, and virtual reality elements. The project also calls for the development of content/scripts, engineering and architectural elements, scenic/art production, and graphic installation.
