DESCRIPTION

This project seeks a qualified vendor to provide mural services for an interior student environment. The scope includes the application of Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC Interior Latex Primer, applied as one full coat with a coverage of 350–400 sq ft per gallon. The primer is designed to dry to the touch in approximately one hour and can be recoated in about four hours; volatile organic compounds (VOC) must be less than 50 g/L.

Following priming, the contractor will complete the mural using Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 satin paint. All work must ensure a high-quality, durable finish appropriate for interior settings frequented by students, meeting both durability and safety standards.
