DESCRIPTION

A Montana-based organization is seeking vendors to provide artist services for a mural project. Artists must consider the unique size of the canvas, the viewing distance, location, and concept practicality when designing their murals. The mural design should aim to minimize the potential for graffiti and vandalism.

It is preferred that the lower section of the inside of the band shell incorporates lighter colors to enhance lighting during performances. The outer rings of the bandshell may remain in their current red, white, and blue design as a symbol of patriotism; however, artists may also propose alternate color schemes if it enhances the concept. The contract period for this project will be one year.

All questions related to the project must be submitted by April 22, 2026.
