A government authority in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide municipality feasibility consultant services. The consultant will conduct and prepare a written feasibility study, along with any necessary supplemental feasibility studies. The scope of work includes the requirements for feasibility and modified feasibility studies, and mandates that the selected vendor give a presentation at a public hearing following the completion of the study.
Included in the feasibility study will be an analysis of the likely population and population density within the proposed preliminary municipality area after all phases of the area’s development are completed, as well as an analysis of the population and population density in adjacent areas as of the submission date of the feasibility request.
