The government authority in Draper, Utah is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive municipal financial advisory services. The selected advisor will be expected to demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale system financing for a variety of capital projects, including land acquisition and construction of a new 62,000 sq. ft. K–6 facility at Eagle Mountain Campus, building a new 42,000 sq. ft. auditorium complex for West Valley 2 (TAS), and expanding the Salem Campus to add grades 10–12 and additional elementary classrooms.
Responsibilities include fulfilling fiduciary duties by exercising due care and loyalty, designing funding strategies such as bonds and bank loans, and developing plans to maximize bond ratings aligned with agency objectives. The advisor will also oversee project feasibility by preparing detailed written reports with feasibility and pro forma projections. Additionally, adherence to regulatory compliance, including MSRB Rule G-42 disclosures and fiduciary obligations, is mandatory. The contract will span one year, and proposals must address all requirements outlined.
