DESCRIPTION

The city in Ontario is seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive municipal branding and marketing strategy. The scope of work includes conducting brand asset assessments, brand evaluations, and formulating an effective brand and marketing strategy that supports the city's vision of a vibrant, inclusive community. This strategy must showcase diversity, culture, heritage, and future aspirations, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all municipal marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities will also involve promoting the use of the brand among various city departments and maintaining messaging consistency while allowing flexibility for different target audiences. The vendor will be expected to create creative elements such as taglines, logos, typefaces, color palettes, complementary graphics, voice/tone, marketing positioning, and personality to support the brand initiative.
