The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), is conducting a market survey to identify qualified small business general contractors for an anticipated Multiple Award General Construction Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will provide general construction services including commercial office construction, renovations and repairs, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) work, fire sprinkler systems, sitework, exterior repairs and alterations, demolition and hazardous materials abatement, elevator modernizations, and other related construction activities required by the government.
The IDIQ contract will have a base period of one year, with four additional one-year option periods, totaling a maximum of five years. The expected Maximum Ordering Limit (MOL) for this contract vehicle is $100 million, with estimated task order values ranging from $2,500 to $3,961,000 and typical orders between $5,000 and $3,000,000. Awardees will be selected to ensure fair opportunity for specific requirements based on established criteria for each task order.
Delivery methods may include Design/Bid/Build (DBB), Design/Build (D/B), Design/Build Bridging, and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc). The geographic scope covers all counties in Delaware, select counties in Pennsylvania, and most counties in New Jersey (excluding Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union).
