DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to lead the development and execution of multimedia public engagement campaigns and creative materials focused on tobacco awareness and prevention. The selected firm will design and implement media campaigns aimed at raising public awareness, increasing understanding of tobacco-related issues, shifting social norms, and encouraging meaningful community engagement, particularly among key leaders.

The scope of work includes the creation of multiple creative concepts that can be adapted across various campaign efforts and media channels, including digital, social, and traditional platforms. The vendor will also be responsible for website development and ongoing maintenance, with a secure, password-protected section for grantee access to proprietary materials and campaign information.

In addition, the provider will deliver strategic public relations planning and support, which includes message development, statewide news media outreach, annual updates to media contact lists, and production and distribution of press releases. The firm will manage media planning and placement, including regional media buys, and oversee overall campaign management to ensure the consistency and impact of outreach activities.
