A government authority located in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking vendors to provide multifunction copier and managed print services. All multifunctional copier machines must be new, unused, current models of the same manufacturer, and operate consistently. These base units should support black and white printing, with color units available in designated areas as requested.
The devices must offer copying and scanning capabilities at the device, as well as network-enabled printing using appropriate protocols. Machines should support printing on stock ranging from 20 lb. bond to 110 lb. index, in letter sizes. Some copiers must be accessible to the public.
Managed print services are required for approximately 95 multifunction copiers distributed across 30 buildings. The project aims to reduce the number of printers by consolidating print volume onto multifunction copier, scanner, printer, and fax machines. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by February 24, 2026.
