The objective of the plan update is to reduce or eliminate long-term risks to human life, property, operations, and the environment from known hazards. The selected vendor will be expected to evaluate risks and develop effective, cost-efficient hazard mitigation actions that help reduce future loss of life and property damage resulting from disasters.
Questions are due by May 20, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 13, 2026, and the resulting contract is expected to run for one year.
