MS Power Application Development and Power Platform Support Services

A public sector organization in Saskatchewan, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor for MS Power Platform application development and ongoing support services. The selected provider will deliver support and enhancement services across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online.

Key responsibilities include recommending appropriate target data stores—such as SharePoint lists or Dataverse—for each application form, taking into account scalability, relational requirements, security, and future analytics needs. The vendor will implement role-based access using Microsoft 365 groups, and ensure robust data retention and audit logging. Solutions must feature responsive designs, data validation, and printable output options as necessary, along with integrated email notifications, reminders, stage transitions, and optional calendar integration.

Additional tasks involve building baseline Power BI dashboards for key forms, such as incidents, approvals, or compliance reports, when required. Comprehensive solution documentation—including design documents, data and security models, and application/flow logic—will also be developed. The contract is for one year.
