DESCRIPTION

The division is seeking a vendor to provide expert support for Microsoft Power Platform application and development services. The scope includes migrating existing InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Apps and, where appropriate, Power Automate, ensuring data integration with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Dataverse. All applications, including source code and related assets, will be owned exclusively by the division.

Ongoing support and enhancement services are required across the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online. Automation tasks will include email notifications, reminders, and stage transitions, with optional calendar integration. Workflow design should incorporate approval logic implemented directly within Power Apps, without the need for Power Automate approval actions.
