A financial institution in Alberta, Canada is seeking a vendor to provide a configurable mortgage broker origination solution that supports the entire real estate secured lending process, including mortgages and home equity lines of credit. The solution must feature robust, self-service end-to-end origination and underwriting capabilities, as well as native, agnostic API integration with broker systems to maximize application capture and operational efficiency.
Key requirements include built-in AI/ML-driven auto-adjudication and dynamic policy management, real-time synchronization of client profile information, and integration with current SAP CRM and future SAP S/4 environments for client data management. The platform must offer full visibility to brokers on application statuses and conditions, while enabling administrators to define and update product rules, terms, and conditions. Additional capabilities should include integration with digital or electronic signature tools, support for complete application submissions and receipt of decision outputs, and connectivity with major appraisal management companies to automate appraisal processes.
