The project seeks a provider for hosting and managing the Moodle open-source learning management system. The selected vendor will deliver all necessary robust hardware, bandwidth, and interface tools to ensure high-quality operation and to support future versions of Moodle.
Responsibilities include providing server space for Moodle and related required applications, implementing data snapshots and retention, and offering administrative access through SFTP (with limitations) and MyPHPAdmin for backend management. The solution should deliver functions for importing, exporting, and purging data, adhering to industry standards that allow seamless data management and facilitate transitions between platforms.
Vendors are required to submit any questions about the RFP by March 16, 2026.
