Monument Signs Removal and Replacement Services

The project involves the removal and replacement of two existing monument signs with new fabrications at designated locations in California. The scope of work includes all civil construction needed for site preparation, such as grading, foundations, and related site work.

Contractor responsibilities encompass the demolition and disposal of the current signs, fabrication and delivery of new monument signs in accordance with provided plans and specifications, as well as full installation. The project involves the provision and installation of up–lighting at each monument location, including necessary wiring and connection points, with an allowance for lighting fixtures included in the bid response.

Additionally, the contractor must supply and install new landscaping adjacent to and surrounding the signs to ensure a finished and cohesive appearance. All work is expected to be completed in full compliance with the detailed project specifications and drawings. Questions regarding the RFP are to be submitted by May 25, 2026, with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 18, 2026.
