DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide monument signage design, fabrication, and installation services in Louisiana. The scope includes fabrication and installation of three monument signs at the Gateway hub, Crossroads hub, and Intermodal terminal.

The project also includes furnishing and installing one digital display billboard sign at the Intermodal Terminal, along with all supporting infrastructure, controllers, communications equipment, software, and electrical connections required for full operation. The selected vendor will be responsible for foundations, concrete work, structural supports, underground conduit, wiring, electrical service connections, and related site improvements.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating utility locates, protecting existing infrastructure during construction, and restoring any disturbed pavement, landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation systems, and site features to equal or better condition. All signage must comply with applicable building, electrical, federal, state, and local requirements. The vendor must coordinate installation to minimize disruption to transit operations and maintain safe pedestrian and vehicular access.

The contractor will also provide training for personnel on operation, programming, and routine maintenance of the digital display system, and furnish operation manuals, maintenance documentation, warranties, as-built drawings, and manufacturer documentation upon completion.
