DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to create a citywide monument and wayfinding signage program that enhances its identity as a world-class city and a hub for creatives. The selected vendor will research contemporary and best practices in monument and wayfinding signage, providing informed recommendations for the program.

Vendors must understand and address regulations for installing signage in both the public right of way and on private property. The scope includes developing at least three design directions that illustrate thematic elements, materials, colors, and typography inspired by the city's creative identity.

Conceptual renderings should be provided for monument signs, vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding signs, and district identifiers, ensuring designs reflect the agency's vision.
