A vendor is being sought to perform a software upgrade for the Monarch system, along with site acceptance testing in Florida. The project involves replacing ten Monarch virtual machines (VMs) and one Vcenter Server. Migration will include existing ECC VM Hosts at DC1 and BUCC VM Hosts at DC2, both of which can be transitioned to new hosts, as well as a DEV VM Host at DEV1.
