DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Marion, Indiana is seeking a provider to deliver a modern, technology-enabled, and continuously improving service delivery model. The selected partner will be integral to the agency's operations, responsible for managing front-door customer flow (triage), career services, workshops and learning labs, training case management, follow-up, community service delivery, and coordination with Employ Indy, the One-Stop Operator, state staff, and workforce partners.

Vendors may propose innovative digital or hybrid front-door solutions such as online or mobile intake, virtual orientations, automated scheduling, and AI-assisted triage tools. These approaches are intended to streamline customer engagement, reduce wait times, improve consistency, and accelerate connections to services, all while maintaining program integrity and customer choice.

The provider will also design and deliver engaging workshops and learning labs across various modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid), ensuring materials and content are continuously improved based on feedback and learning needs. Additional responsibilities include individualized career navigation services, labor market guidance, employment plan development, job search support, and streamlined case management and training services. Effective use of technology, data automation, and compliance with documentation and reporting requirements are essential, along with supporting continuous improvement through feedback and data analytics. The contract will be for a one-year period.
