DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking proposals for a modern human capital management (HCM) software solution. The goal is to implement a comprehensive, scalable, and secure platform to streamline and enhance core human resources, payroll, and benefits operations. The ideal solution should support the evaluation and phased deployment of capabilities in alignment with the organization's operational readiness, stakeholder requirements, and available resources.

The comprehensive HCM solution must include functionalities such as recruiting and onboarding, core HCM processes, benefits administration, time and attendance management, employee scheduling, payroll services, employee relations (including case management, grievances, and engagement), talent management (such as performance evaluations and succession planning), learning management, and health and safety modules.
