The State of Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and maintain a mobile payment system for its on-street parking operations. This system should enable a seamless pay-by-phone platform, allowing end-users to process payments via various methods, including mobile application, text-to-pay, QR code, web application, and IVR. Payments will be implemented as part of a pay-by-license plate parking system, with integration into existing parking meter systems and support for handheld enforcement equipment.
Vendors must offer a hosted, integrated, and real-time online solution that includes advanced fraud detection and mitigation for all supported payment methods. The selected vendor will serve as Merchant of Record for credit card processing and must provide a real-time data dashboard for monitoring and management purposes. Additionally, 24/7/365 toll-free customer support for end users is required. The contract for this service is expected to last five years.
