A request for information seeks vendors to provide a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) software platform designed to streamline data capture, support patient advocacy, and enable effective follow-up on client encounters. The platform must support a true longitudinal patient record, rather than be incident-based, facilitating ongoing care management. It should also provide telehealth capabilities with secure, HIPAA-compliant access integrated into each patient's record to support future billing and reimbursement requirements.
The MIH software must enable assessment and documentation across various clinical domains, including mental health, substance use disorder, chronic disease management, fall risk, depression, recovery, and additional health issues. The platform is required to utilize AI tools for efficiency and enhanced diagnostic support for chronic conditions. Accessibility across all major devices and operating systems—including iPads, iPhones, Android devices, Microsoft Surface Tablets, and laptops—is essential.
Vendors are required to submit all questions regarding the RFI by March 10, 2026.
