The organization seeks a vendor to provide a mobile device management (MDM) solution capable of supporting automated device enrollment and configuration. The selected MDM platform must securely manage applications and data, track device usage and performance, and enforce data protection and privacy policies across various programs.

Essential requirements include batch management of access to only approved applications and websites, banning inappropriate content, and enabling granular control over materials accessible on devices. The solution must facilitate tracking data and device security, monitoring internet data consumption, supporting offline data collection, and managing a large fleet of devices in the field. Features must also include zero-touch device configuration, real-time visibility into device status, detailed compliance reporting, and comprehensive asset inventory management for device reuse and lifecycle planning.

The vendor should ensure enforcement of security, password, and privacy policies, provide central management of application deployment and updates, and enable long-term cost efficiency in device deployment and maintenance. The contract will cover a period of one year.
