This RFP solicits proposals for comprehensive mobile device deployment services to facilitate the management and execution of an iPad rollout to approximately 3,750 frontline employees. The selected vendor will provide a turnkey staff augmentation solution, delivering experienced mobile device specialists to support iPad distribution across all shifts and a dedicated Project Manager to oversee all deployment activities.
The contractor will be responsible for device handling and logistics, including managing distribution, tracking, and handoff of agency-delivered iPads at designated training locations. All devices will be kept in secure, accessible storage areas, and the contractor’s personnel will coordinate device allocation during deployment sessions. Prior to project commencement, agency staff will onboard and train all contractor personnel to ensure compliance with agency procedures and protocols.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
