The Product Manager Army Training Information System (ATIS) seeks a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to serve approximately 1.5 million users, including all Army Components, Civilians, and contractors. The LMS must facilitate delivery, tracking, and management of mandatory, mission-essential, and professional development training across the organization.
A key requirement is the integration of 88+ Centers of Excellence and Schools, each with separate and distinct educational needs. The system must support both instructor-led traditional classroom training and asynchronous independent learning. Additionally, the deployment must offer a centrally accessible course catalog and allow for management at sub-organization levels, with each tenant having designated administrators and data isolation. Suborganization administrators must manage their own content, courses, users, and reporting without access to other sub-organizations' data.
Central oversight must coexist with decentralized management, enabling headquarters-level training access and oversight across suborganizations. Scalability to handle all required user groups and trainings is essential.
