A Virginia agency is seeking a qualified vendor to execute a comprehensive mission, vision, and values design project. The selected provider will be responsible for developing a dynamic and cohesive messaging strategy, along with producing electronically reproducible standardized marketing materials. These materials should include logos, templates, signs, banners, and other visual assets adaptable for various marketing initiatives, supporting consistency in the agency’s messaging.

Additionally, the project includes the creation of a 5–10 minute promotional video introducing the agency’s mission, vision, and values, intended for staff, new employees, guests, and patients. Vendors will also be expected to produce a range of logo, motto, and slogan designs for use on banners, posters, wall graphics, placards, flags, and promotional “swag,” with guidance on placement and utilization within the facility. Social media content—such as static and animated graphics formatted for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn—should reflect the central campaign theme.
