The government authority in North Charleston, South Carolina is seeking mission engineering and analysis support, including program management, mission engineering, and digital engineering services. The project focuses on mission integration, mission architecture, and warfare analysis, particularly in the areas of research, wargaming, analysis, assessments, experimentation, and testing to address present and future warfighter needs.
Vendors will be expected to utilize advanced digital engineering tools and software-based models designed in languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, Java, C, C++, C#, XML, Python, and Velocity Template Language. The use of digital engineering platforms such as Cameo Systems Modeler (CSM), AFSIM, NGTS, Interactive Scenario Builder, GIANT, and EXata Network Modelling is required to support the generation of empirical data and the development of operational solutions.
Services include full systems engineering support: research, technology readiness assessments, development and design, test and evaluation, integration, and deployment/sustainment for assessed technologies and programs. Efforts will include developing engineering plans, technical analyses, trade studies, alternatives analysis, and system design plans using MBSE and a wide range of modeling tools for campaign-level and system-of-systems assessment.
