DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Nevada seeks a qualified vendor to provide miscellaneous professional engineering services. The selected firm will be responsible for gathering site information through site visits and reviewing existing documentation, such as record drawings, technical and AutoCAD reports.

Scope of work includes conducting comprehensive investigations into available HVAC technologies, evaluating market options with an emphasis on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility with existing infrastructure. The vendor will also be tasked with preparing demolition plans for existing equipment and structures.

Additional responsibilities include conducting recurring coordination and progress meetings—covering tasks such as monthly invoice tracking, developing meeting agendas and minutes, and updating schedules. The contractor must submit a complete design package (drawings and specifications) that addresses previous review comments and clarifications, as well as develop survey and civil design criteria and concepts. The contract period will last one year.
