A government authority in Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a vendor to supply mirror tags and customer survey cards. The estimated annual requirement is between 100,000 and 500,000 units for each item. Orders will be placed in increments of 1,000 units as needed, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 units at a time.
Both cards must be identical in material and layout, with differentiation provided by varying front colors and date text. The reverse side of both cards will remain the same. The required trim size is 7.5 inches by 4 inches. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the solicitation by March 16, 2026.
