A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide minor construction services for its various facilities, including bus bases, park-and-rides, transportation centers, and streetcar facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing minor maintenance construction projects across these locations.
The vendor must offer a turn-key operation by managing all aspects of any approved project from inception to completion, ensuring each facility is fully functional and ready for use. Daily progress reports are required, with details including the date, workforce numbers, hours worked, equipment status, weather conditions, construction activities, incidents and safety concerns, visitors, and communications with outside agencies.
