The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pittsburgh District is seeking potential sources for minor building construction services to be provided under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This agreement will cover facilities within the Pittsburgh District's jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, which includes navigation locks and dams, multi-purpose flood-damage reduction reservoirs, a remote operations site, and maintenance and repair facilities. The BPA may also be utilized by other divisions within USACE Lakes and Rivers.
The scope of work may encompass a wide range of construction services such as roof repairs, siding and trim installation and repairs, drywall and plaster work, interior and exterior painting, building insulation, carpentry, flooring installation and repair, door and window installation or replacement, and masonry work. All selected contractors must adhere to technical, safety, and security requirements outlined in the BPA and individual task orders, referred to as 'Calls.'
The agreement will have a duration of up to three years or until the BPA's expiration, with individual task orders not to exceed $35,000 per Call and a master dollar limit of $350,000. USACE is considering whether to maintain a single regional agreement or divide the District into northern and southern areas and seeks input from potential contractors regarding their capability to serve the entire region or specific areas. This notice is issued solely for planning purposes to gather feedback and interest from qualified contractors and is not a solicitation for bids or proposals.
