Provide MIM software upgrades and support services
Provide all resources for service coverage, software upgrades, and equipment repairs
Ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment after inspection/repairs
Offer unlimited telephone technical support Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
Provide a mechanism for support outside of normal hours if required
Respond to virtual technical support calls within one hour
Provide onsite response within four hours of notification if determined necessary
Perform corrective maintenance and repairs, including parts, labor, and travel costs, during normal coverage hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Provide software updates electronically upon release
Submit a hardcopy service report after each maintenance or repair act
Offer unlimited hospital staff applications support
Ensure service engineers have fast access to parts, elevated troubleshooting assistance, and regional support
Execute a non-disclosure agreement
Ship parts via overnight delivery or next flight out (NFO) for emergent situations
Check in and out with a Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist or designee (B1D106-100-P) for onsite support
Report to Biomedical Engineering Office for vendor identification badging and check-in before service
Forward service reports within 14 days of service completion
Contractor personnel must be OEM
Submit invoices electronically via the Financial Services Center Mandatory Electronic Invoice System
Provide service during regular coverage hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), excluding federal holidays
Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)
Submit signed and dated offers to the Contracting Officer via email
Ensure offers are complete, self-sufficient, and directly responsive to solicitation requirements
Complete blocks 17a (including SAM Unique Entity ID), 17b, 30a, 30b, and 30c on the SF 1449
Insert proposed unit and extended prices in Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN)
Ensure firm fixed unit pricing includes all labor, overhead, profit, materials, and associated costs
Price as a total all-inclusive for items listed in the Price/Cost Schedule
Ensure quoted price does not exceed the stated contractor's price schedule
Hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date
Provide information verifying capability to meet solicitation requirements
Provide verification of manufacturer authorization or state that the offeror is the manufacturer
All contractor and subcontractor employees requiring access to VA information systems must sign and acknowledge Contractor Rules of Behavior
All contractor and subcontractor employees must complete VA Cyber Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior training annually
All contractor and subcontractor employees must complete appropriate VA privacy training annually
All contractor and subcontractor employees must complete any additional cyber security or privacy training as required
Provide training certificates and certification of signing Contractor Rules of Behavior to the Contracting Officer/COTR within 1 week of contract initiation and annually thereafter
